Student Affairs work has evolved over time in response to various societal events and cultural changes. One of the major recent shifts has been in the usage of the internet and how our students are using this platform to relate to and communicate with one another, sometimes in negative ways. This session will educate professionals about the Web 2.0 world, and examine forms of "cyber-antagonism" (online bullying, harassment, trolling, etc), and some aspects of why cyber-antagonism happens. Additionally, there will be a participant driven-discussion focusing on how our universities manage this issue.
