Golden Circle (Why, How, What Statement)

Inspired by Simon Sinek’s TedTalk, How great leaders inspire action, we want to hear about your Golden Circle. Watch his TedTalk, and write down your what, how, and why. Once you have identified these three elements, condense these ideas into your Golden Circle, three simple statements that drive your decisions, your actions you take to accomplish the results you get. (This worksheet found on Slideshare will help identify some more specific steps if you are struggling with identifying your why.)
